Best Western Inn Of Payson, Payson

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room I was assigned was not as clean as I expected, with other people's hair everywhere, but the bed was excellent and very quiet. However, there was a musty and old smell that lingered. The service was a hit or miss; some staff members were awesome and friendly, providing helpful info, while others were the worst I've ever encountered. The location was a bit tricky to find, but it was convenient for my activities in Payson. The dining options were not great, with a disappointing selection and low-quality offerings. The facilities were average but could use improvement.
